Free Guided MeditationThis meditation is ideal for grounding your energy, as well as expanding it and preparing to connect intuitively.
This is my classic guided meditation that I use in every class, before every reading I do, and in my day-to-day life to help me connect and be present and grounded. |
Connecting to your passed animalsby Thea Strom - 16:10
This meditation is designed to guide you through a beautiful healing connection with your own animals that have passed.
The music used in this guided meditation is by Christopher Lloyd Clarke. This meditation is a digital product. Once you have purchased it, you will automatically be taken to a webpage with the file, where you can download and save it. The format is mp3, which can be played on most devices and audio programs. The audio file below is a sample clip of the meditation, so you can get a feel for the sound. (This meditation is the same one that is included in my online animal communication course) |
When doing this meditation, it's important to keep an open mind to what might come through, and not overthink it too much. Relax your logical thinking brain, and allow your beloved animal to connect to you however they wish to do it.
Even if what comes through feels like you might just be making it up, go with it. Suspend your disbelief for this meditation.
Important to note:
When connecting to your own animals that have passed, it is very important to remember that your own feelings of grief and guilt can easily color or cloud the connection. A true connection with your beloved animals will always feel uplifting and loving, never angry or accusing towards you. Those on the other side have a much bigger perspective of the situation of their passing, and are incredibly understanding of the decisions made and surrounding circumstances. If what you are feeling in a connection is depressing, scary, hurtful, or accusing, then it's likely that your own thoughts and feelings are getting in the way of the connection. If that is the case, then it might be best to wait to connect to them until you have processed your grief more and you have worked through some of your feelings of guilt.
